We strongly encourage our delegates to make every effort to check their dates before booking any course. We understand that you may require to cancel your course registration due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy allows us to plan and allocate resources for our courses whilst trying our utmost to be fair to all parties.

If you need to cancel your course registration, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@Scottishdentalstudyclub.co.uk

For cancellation of a booking up to 6 weeks prior to the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus £100 administrative charge of the total course fee.

For cancellation of a booking within 6 weeks of the course start date or failure to attend a course on the day, there will be no refund provided.

We do not provide transfer of course places to; future course dates of the same course, any other upcoming courses or to colleagues wishing to attend in place of a registered delegate.

In the event that the SDSC is forced to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, the course will be rescheduled to the next available date and you will be notified as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend the alternative date or we cannot re-schedule, you will be given a full refund. In these circumstances, SDSC will not be liable for any additional costs associated with this.

Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration (STRIPE) and it may take up to 4 working weeks to process the refund.
